Veggie Fajita Wraps
A delicious vegetarian wrap filled with sautéed fajita vegetables and crunchy tofu.
Ingredients
- ●1 block (14 oz) tofupressed and drained
- ●4-6 wraps chewy wraps
- ●1 packet (serves 4-6) fajita
- ●2 bell peppersany color
- ●1 onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 tsp cumin
- ●1 tsp paprika
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1 tsp pepper

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tsp of oil and cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.

Add the fajita packet to the skillet and cook according to package instructions.

Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by placing the tofu and vegetable mixture onto the wrap and serving hot.
