Chillilicious Med Meatballs
A hearty and flavorful mediterranean-inspired dish, perfect for a quick dinner. The combination of ground meat and chillilicious spices creates a savory and slightly spicy flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Meat80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β2 teaspoons Chilliliciousadjust to taste
- β1 teaspoon Medadjust to taste
- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbsgluten-free
- β1 Eggslarge eggs
- β1 Onionmedium onion, finely chopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Pastecanned
- β1/4 cup Olive Oilfor baking

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chillilicious, med, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, and tomato paste. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and gently roll the meatballs to coat evenly.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Note: You can also fry the meatballs in a skillet with a little oil until browned on all sides, then finish baking in the oven.
