Mozzaventure and Citrus Cake
A sweet and tangy cake made with mozzaventure and citrus ingredients.
Ingredients
- β200g Mozzaventure
- β250g All-purpose flour
- β150g Granulated sugar
- β2 tablespoons Lemon zest
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 Eggs
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β0.5 teaspoon Salt
- β100g Unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Grease a 20cm (8-inch) round cake pan and dust it with flour.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together mozzaventure, lemon zest, lemon juice, eggs, and butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
