Roasted Citrus and Chestnut Burrito

- β2 tablespoons Citrus Juice (Orange, Lime, Lemon)
- β1 cup Roasted Vegetables (Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Onions)
- β1 cup Mexican Rice
- β1 Tortilla
- β1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- β2 tablespoons Salsa
- βchopped Cilantro

Roast the chestnuts in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
