Thai Shrimp Salad
A refreshing and spicy Thai-inspired salad featuring succulent shrimp, crunchy vegetables, and a tangy citrus dressing.
Ingredients
- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1/2 cup citrusyjuice and zest of 1 orange
- β4 cups chewymixed greens
- β2 tablespoons thaiThai peanut paste
- β2 tablespoons pasteThai red curry paste
- β1 cup saladchopped red cabbage and carrots

1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
