Filipino Chicken Curry
A twist on the classic curry recipe, incorporating the flavors of the Philippines with a tangy citrusy twist.
Ingredients
- ●1-2 pounds chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- ●2 tablespoons curry pasteadjust to taste
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor sautéing
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1/2 cup citrusyfreshly squeezed orange juice
- ●1/2 cup heavy creamfor creaminess
