Crispy Prawn Salad
A refreshing salad featuring succulent prawns, crispy elements, and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1/4 cup Citrusy Dressinghomemade or store-bought
- β4 slices Crispy Baconcrumbled
- β4 cups Mixed Greensyour favorite salad mix
- β1 pint Cherry Tomatoeshalved
- β1 medium Red Onionthinly sliced

1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

2. In a separate pan, cook crispy bacon over medium heat until golden brown.

3. Remove bacon from heat and let cool completely.

4. In a separate pan, add prawns and cook over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together citrusy dressing ingredients.

6. Add cooked prawns to the salad and top with crispy bacon, crumbled.
