Crispy Peruvian Fried Fish
A traditional Peruvian dish, this recipe features crispy fried fish with a tangy twist.
Ingredients
- β4 Fish filletsWhite fish, such as cod or tilapia
- β1/2 cup Citrusy marinadeCombine juice of 1 lemon, 1 lime, and 1 orange
- β1 cup Crispy coatingPanko breadcrumbs mixed with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oilFor deep frying
- βto taste SaltFreshly ground
- βto taste PepperFreshly ground
- β1/4 cup Agemono sauceOptional, for serving

2. Pour citrusy marinade over fish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
