Irish Citrusy Crumble Muffins

- β1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice citrusyand 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar crumbly
- β1 cup cooked bulgur bulgur
- β2 large eggs eggs

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and crumbled wheat.

In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in the cooked bulgur and grated orange zest.

For the crumble topping, mix together 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, and 1/4 cup crumbled wheat.
