Crumble Topped Lemon Bars
A tangy lemon filling on a bed of crumbly oat mixture, topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Confectioners' sugar
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- β2 large Eggs
- β2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- β1 cup Crumbly oat mixture
- β1/2 cup Crumble topping

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Prepare the crumbly oat mixture by mixing together flour, granulated sugar, and confectioners' sugar.
