- β1 cup Crunchy vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
- β1 tablespoon Lazy Sunday lazy stir-fry seedsany type of seeds (e.g., sesame, sunflower)
- β2 tablespoons Citrusy sauce (e.g., soy sauce, orange juice)

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
