- β2 cups Fresh spinach
- β1 cup Crunchy carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1/2 Citrusy lemon
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fry onions

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to caramelize.
