Kenyan Citrus Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and refreshing Kenyan-inspired chicken tagine with a burst of citrus and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 medium orangesjuiced
- β1 medium onionschopped
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice mix

Heat the olive oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.
