Egyptian Chicken Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap filled with chicken, citrusy flavors, and fluffy goodness. Serve with a side of fresh vegetables for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1 large fluffy flatbreador substitute with a similar wrap
- β1 tablespoon egyptian spicessuch as cumin and coriander
- β1/2 cup citrusy tahini saucesee below for sauce ingredients
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with egyptian spices and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Spread the citrusy tahini sauce on the toasted flatbread.

Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on top of the sauce.
