Croatian Citrus Pork Cutlets
A tangy and savory dish featuring Croatian pork cutlets, marinated in citrus and herbs.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juiceabout 2 lemons
- β2 tbsp Olive oildivided
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Fresh oreganochopped
- βto taste Salt

Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and oregano.

Add the pork cutlets to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
