Dutch Bean and Citrus Gratin
A creamy, citrusy side dish made with Dutch beans, perfect for a light and satisfying meal. This gratin is easy to make and can be served as a side or a light main course.
Ingredients
- β1 (14.5 oz) can Dutch beans
- β1 cup, shredded Gratin cheese
- β2 tablespoons Citrus zest
- β2 tablespoons Citrus juice
- β2 tablespoons Light olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the citrus zest and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the Dutch beans, citrus juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the beans are coated in the citrus mixture.

Transfer the bean mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Top the beans with the grated cheese.
