Citrus Herb Chicken Papillote
A flavorful and moist chicken dish baked in a parchment paper pouch, infused with the brightness of citrus and the earthiness of fenugreek.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup fresh fenugreek leaveschopped
- β2 tablespoons orange juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon citrusy herb blenddried, or to taste
- β1 clove garlicminced
- β1/2 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, citrusy herb blend, and minced garlic.

Place the chicken breast in the center of a large piece of parchment paper.

Brush the citrus-herb mixture evenly over the chicken breast.

Sprinkle the chopped fenugreek leaves over the top of the chicken.

Fold the parchment paper over the chicken to create a pouch, and seal by folding the edges multiple times.

Place the papillote on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
