Citrusy Fish Bowl
A light and refreshing fish bowl dish with a twist of citrusy flavors from the Slovakian region.
Ingredients
- β400g FishAny white fish will work, such as cod or tilapia.
- β1/2 cup Citrusy marinadeA mix of lemon juice, lime juice, and orange zest.
- β2 tsp Slovakian paprikaA mild, sweet paprika commonly used in Slovakian cuisine.
- β4 cups Bowl of mixed greensAny combination of greens will work, such as arugula, spinach, and lettuce.
- β1 medium Sliced red onionThinly slice the red onion for added crunch.
- β4 medium Snappy carrotsShred or slice the carrots for a pop of color.

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the citrusy marinade, Slovakian paprika, and a pinch of salt.

2. Place the fish in a separate bowl and pour the marinade over it, making sure it's fully coated.

3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the fish to marinate.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the fish from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

6. Grill the fish for 4-6 minutes per side, or until it's cooked through.

7. Meanwhile, prepare the bowl of mixed greens by washing and drying them.

8. Slice the red onion and shred the carrots.

9. To assemble the bowls, place a portion of mixed greens on the bottom.
