Citrusy Norwegian Pasta
A light and refreshing pasta dish infused with the flavors of Norway.

Ingredients
- β8 oz linguinewhole wheat or regular
- β2 tbsp citrusylemon zest and juice
- β1 cup tenderchicken breast, cooked and diced
- β1 tsp norwegiandill weed

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until heated through.

Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet with chicken. Stir to combine.

Add cooked linguine to the skillet with chicken and citrus mixture. Toss to combine.

Sprinkle dill weed over the top of the pasta and chicken. Serve hot.
