Greek Creamy Feta Stuffed Chicken
A rich and creamy Greek-inspired stuffed chicken dish with a hint of citrus.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup velvety creamheavy cream or half-and-half
- ●2 tbsp citrusy zestfrom 1 lemon

2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, velvety cream, citrusy zest, garlic, and parsley. Mix well.

4. Lay chicken breasts flat and make a horizontal incision in each to create a pocket.

5. Stuff each chicken breast with the feta-cream mixture and close the incision.

7. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
