Portuguese Pudding Clear Crème Brûlée
A creamy, rich dessert with a hint of Portuguese flavors and a caramelized sugar crust.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup sweet
- ●1 tsp portuguese
- ●2 tbsp honey
- ●1 package (4 servings) pudding

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the pudding mix according to the package instructions.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and Portuguese until well combined.

Add the honey-Portuguese mixture to the pudding mix and stir until smooth.

Pour the pudding mixture into 4 ramekins or small baking dishes.

Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.

Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let cool to room temperature.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar over the top of each ramekin.

Caramelize the sugar with a kitchen torch or under the broiler.
