Stewed Tofu

Ingredients
- β200g tofu
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrot
- β2 large potato
- β1 can (400g) stew

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
