Crunchy Boudin Steamer Wrap
A unique twist on the traditional steamer basket, filled with crispy boudin, crunchy cnutty, and fresh bamboo shoots.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup cnuttycrushed
- ●1 cup bamboo shootscanned or fresh, sliced
- ●1 wraplarge flour tortilla

Preheat steamer to 375°F (190°C).

Fill the steamer basket with bamboo shoots and boudin.

Steam for 5-7 minutes, or until the boudin is heated through.

Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the crushed cnutty to the pan and cook until crispy, stirring frequently.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the steamed boudin and bamboo mixture onto the center of the wrap.
