Sirloin Steak with Creamy Noodle Stir Fry
A comforting and flavorful malaysian-inspired dish featuring sirloin steak and creamy noodles.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Sirloin steak
- β8 ounces Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 cup Cream
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil

1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the sirloin steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135Β°F (57Β°C) for medium-rare.

4. Transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.

5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

6. Add the sliced onion and cook until it is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

8. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.

9. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
