Creamy Chicken Mediterranean Bisque
A rich and comforting soup that combines the flavors of the Mediterranean with the velvety texture of a bisque. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces chicken breast
- β4 cups chicken stock
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1/4 cup cream
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1/2 cup, crumbled feta cheese
- β1/4 cup, pitted kalamata olives
- β2 tablespoons pine nuts
