Slovakian Pan-Fried Dumplings with Cheese
A hearty Slovakian dish featuring crispy pan-fried dumplings topped with melted cheese. Perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β2 Eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β1/2 cup Sour cream
- β1 cup Grated cheese
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, and sour cream. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Flatten each ball into a disk shape.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.

Add 4-5 dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
