Roasted Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry
A comforting and earthy stir fry recipe featuring roasted Brussels sprouts and savory aromatics.
Ingredients

- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cut Brussels sprouts in half and toss with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
