Greek Comforting Boudin Blanc Bake
A hearty, comforting casserole inspired by Greek cuisine, featuring boudin blanc in a creamy sauce baked to perfection.

- β1 cup Blanc
- β1 cup Comforting Sauce (butter, flour, milk, feta cheese)
- β1 tsp Greek Seasoning
- β1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- β1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Cook the boudin blanc according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour, whisking to avoid lumps, and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually pour in 1 cup of milk, whisking continuously, and bring to a simmer.
