Cozy Manchego Ramen
A comforting twist on traditional Japanese ramen, featuring rich manchego cheese and savory beef broth. This satisfying bowl is perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, shredded Manchego cheese
- β4 Pork bonesfor the broth
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β2 tbsp Shoyu soy sauce
- β1 package Ramen noodles
- β1 bunch Green onions
- β1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 inches, sliced Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Roast the pork bones in the oven for 30 minutes, or until fragrant.

3. In a large pot, combine the roasted pork bones, ground beef, shoyu soy sauce, and 4 cups of water.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

5. While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

6. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

7. Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

8. Add the green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

9. To assemble the bowls, place a portion of noodles in the bottom of a bowl, then ladle the hot broth over the top.
