Argentinian Beef Stew
A hearty, comforting beef stew with a malty flavor, inspired by Argentinian cuisine. This velvety stew is perfect for a cold day.

- β2 cups beef broth
- β1 cup red wine
- β2 tablespoons malty brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon dried oregano
- β1 teaspoon salt

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
