Fenugreek and Curry Chicken Korma
A comforting and aromatic Middle Eastern-inspired dish made with tender chicken, fenugreek, and a blend of warming spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breasts
- β1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
- β2 teaspoons curry powder
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- β1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onion

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
