Slovakian Potato Dumplings
Hearty and comforting potato dumplings in a traditional Slovakian style. Perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons buttermelted
- β1 eggs
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.

Add the mashed potatoes to the dough and mix until well combined.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

Heat a large skillet with a little bit of oil over medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
