Traditional Venezuelan Chupe de Pescado

Ingredients
- β2 bunches Pak choicut into 2 inch pieces
- β1 cup Stewbeef or vegetable broth
- β1/4 cup Comfortingcoconut milk or heavy cream
- β1 pound White fishsuch as cod or tilapia
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato pastedried
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add fish and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
