Thai Stir Fry with Crispy Noodles
A quick and easy Thai stir fry recipe made with crispy noodles, vegetables, and a hint of citrusy flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 cup veggie stir
- β1 cup beans
- β1 cup long beans
- β2 tbsp citrusy sauce
- β1 cup cozy coconut milk
- β1 tsp chinese chili flakes
- β1 tsp gooey honey
- β1 tsp syrian sumac
Instructions

Cook crispy noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add veggie stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add beans and long beans, cook for 4-5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together citrusy sauce, cozy coconut milk, chinese chili flakes, gooey honey, and syrian sumac.
