Moroccan Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic chicken tagine from Morocco, made with chicken, khlea, and spices. This dish is a perfect blend of warm and cozy flavors.
Ingredients

- β1 cup khlea
- β1 tablespoon olive oil cozy
- β1 medium onion, chopped onion
- β3 cloves garlic, minced garlic
- β2 teaspoons ground cumin cumin
- β1 teaspoon ground coriander coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon cinnamon
- β1/2 teaspoon salt salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
