Filipino Beef Stir Fry
A classic Filipino dish made with tender beef, stir-fried with onions, bell peppers, and a hint of soy sauce. This recipe is quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef (sirloin or ribeye)cut into bite-sized pieces

- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 cup cozy (coconut milk)

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and stir in the soy sauce.
