Lamb Tagine Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry featuring lamb and flavors reminiscent of Moroccan tagine. This dish is a unique fusion of Eastern cuisines.
Ingredients
- β1 pound lambcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons cozyMoroccan spice blend
- β1 tablespoon nuttyhoney
- β2 teaspoons moroccanground ginger
- β1 teaspoon tagineground cumin
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 bell pepperssliced
- β1 onionssliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cozy spice blend, moroccan spice blend, and tagine spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Return the lamb to the wok and stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the lamb is coated in the sauce.
