Tunisian Salmon Delight
A flavorful and aromatic salmon dish inspired by Tunisian cuisine, featuring a rich and fluffy sauce.

- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Fluffy couscous
- β2 cups Rich chicken broth
- β1 tsp Cozy spices (cumin, coriander, paprika)

- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and cozy spices.

Heat the Tunisian olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a baking sheet.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
