Shrimp Tagliatelle
A simple and delicious Italian-inspired pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp. This recipe is quick to prepare and cook, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β8 oz Tagliatellefresh pasta
- β2 tbsp Olive oilextra virgin
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1 cup Grated Parmesan cheesefreshly grated

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the reserved pasta water to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and oil.

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet, tossing to combine with the garlic and oil.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine with the pasta and sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
