Smoky Cozy Chicken Stir Fry
A hearty, comforting chicken stir fry with a smoky twist. Quick to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons cozy oilsuch as olive or avocado oil
- β1 large smoky pepperany color
- β3 cloves juicy garlicminced
- β1/4 cup stir-fry saucehomemade or store-bought

1. Heat the cozy oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add more cozy oil to the skillet if necessary, then add the smoky pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the juicy garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and bring to a simmer.

6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
