Beef Stir Fry
A quick and easy American dish made with beef and stir-fried vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- β1 head Cozy Lettuceshredded
- β2 American Bell Pepperssliced
- β2 cups Beef Broth

1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.
