Spicy Sumac Wrap
A flavorful and spicy Mexican-inspired wrap filled with tender chicken and crunchy veggies.
Ingredients

- β1 lb chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β1 tsp sumacground
- β1/4 cup cozychopped fresh
- β1/2 cup red onionchopped
- β1 jalepenochopped
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together sumac, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breast.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, mix together cozy, red onion, and jalepeno in a separate bowl.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the sliced chicken on the wrap, followed by the cozy mixture.

Drizzle lime juice over the top and serve immediately.

Serve with additional cozy, sumac, and lime juice on the side if desired.
