Spicy Creamy Paella
A fusion of Chinese and Spanish flavors with the addition of spicy Peruvian peppers, served with a side of aerated rice.
Ingredients
- β2 Peruvian pepperdiced
- β1/2 cup Creamy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Paella rice
- β2 cups Aerated rice
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced Peruvian pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add grated ginger and cook for another minute.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add paella rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add creamy sauce, soy sauce, and 2 cups of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Stir-fry aerated rice and add to the wok.

Combine paella rice and aerated rice, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot and garnish with diced Peruvian pepper.
