Argentinian Cassava Fry
A twist on the classic Argentine dish by using cassava instead of potatoes, served with a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- β2 medium-sized cassavapeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 tsp argentinian seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup creamy saucestore-bought or homemade
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the cassava and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the cassava from the oil and set aside.

In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the argentinian seasoning and stir for 1 minute.

Return the cassava to the pan and stir to combine with the onion mixture.
