Vietnamese Beef Banh Cuon
A traditional Vietnamese dish made with beef, rice noodles, and herbs, wrapped in a thin rice sheet.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup creamy saucemade from mayonnaise and soy sauce
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped
- β1/4 cup pepperground
- β1/4 cup bitter leavessuch as kale or collard greens

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
