Brazilian Creamy Chicken Stew
A rich and creamy Brazilian-inspired stew made with chicken, tender vegetables, and a hint of spices.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the chicken broth and sazon seasoning to the pot and stir to combine.
