Thai-Style Canadian Duck Curry
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired dish featuring Canadian duck in a creamy tagine sauce.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tablespoons Red curry paste
- ●1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- ●1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- ●1 cup Tagine sauceHomemade or store-bought
- ●2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
- ●2 Lime wedges

1. Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear the duck breast until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4. Transfer the duck to a plate and set aside.

5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion to the skillet.
