Romantic White Crumble Cake
A moist and crumbly cake perfect for a romantic evening, topped with a citrusy white glaze.

- β200g granulated sugar
- β150g unsalted buttersoftened
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extractoptional
- β250ml romantic citrus glazesee notes
- β250g crumb toppingcrumble mixture

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Grease a 20cm (8 inch) round cake tin.

Mix the flour, sugar, and softened butter in a large bowl until just combined.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract, if using.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.

Make the crumb topping by mixing the crumble mixture in a small bowl.
