Croatian Suet Casserole

Ingredients
- β1 pound Suetbeef or mutton
- β1 Casseroles9x13 inch dish
- β2 tablespoons Croatian paprika
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β1 cup Creamy sauce

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Brown suet in a skillet over medium-high heat.
