Dutch Pudding Parfait
A rich and creamy dessert made with layers of dutch pudding, creamy sauce, and crunchy almond topping.
Ingredients
- β250g Dutch Pudding
- β250ml Heavy CreamFor the creamy sauce
- β100g Almond Slices
- β2 tablespoons Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- β100ml Almond Milk
- β50g Unsalted Butter

In a medium saucepan, combine Dutch pudding, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, almond milk, and unsalted butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Pour the creamy sauce over the cooked Dutch pudding. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, crush the almond slices into fine crumbs.

To assemble the parfait, layer the Dutch pudding mixture, almond crumbs, and fresh fruit in a glass or cup.

Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of creamy sauce on top.
